Amigurumi Studio Privacy Policy
Amigurumi Studio helps users turn photos into AI-assisted amigurumi design concepts, image variations, and crochet recipe outputs. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Face Data and Photos
If the user-selected photo contains a face, the app processes the photo pixel data to generate an amigurumi design. The collected data is the source photo intentionally selected by the user from the photo library or camera. The app does not collect data for face recognition, identity verification, tracking, biometric profiling, or identifying a person.
The app does not create or store face templates, faceprints, facial geometry, landmark sets, depth maps, Face ID data, or persistent biometric identifiers. Visible facial features in the photo are used only to create a similar expression, hairstyle, skin tone, and general look in the generated amigurumi image.
The original source photo may be stored on the device as part of the saved design so the app can show before/after comparison. The original photo is not permanently stored on our servers; it is processed transiently through a Supabase Edge Function only during the request. Data stored permanently in Supabase consists of generated amigurumi images, recipe text, and account-related records.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers.
- We do not collect biometric identifiers, face templates, or face recognition data.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the app:
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, generated-image storage, recipe storage, and backend functions. The original source photo is not permanently stored in Supabase.
- OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI image and recipe generation.
- Apple for Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchase subscription processing.
Uploaded photos, prompts, and generated outputs may be sent to AI providers only to provide the requested generation features. We do not use this data for advertising or tracking.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it.
Your Rights
You can initiate and confirm permanent account deletion inside the app at Profile → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your Supabase account, account-related server data, generated design records, usage records, storage objects, and saved designs on the device.
You may also request access, correction, or export of your personal data by contacting us. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Yüz Verisi ve Fotoğraflar
Uygulama, kullanıcının seçtiği fotoğrafta bir yüz bulunması halinde fotoğraf piksel verisini amigurumi tasarımı üretmek için işler. Toplanan veri, kullanıcının fotoğraf kütüphanesinden veya kameradan bilerek seçtiği kaynak fotoğraftır. Uygulama yüz tanıma, kimlik doğrulama, takip, biyometrik profil çıkarma veya kişileri tanımlama amacıyla veri toplamaz.
Uygulama yüz şablonu, faceprint, yüz geometrisi, landmark seti, derinlik haritası, Face ID verisi veya kalıcı biyometrik tanımlayıcı oluşturmaz ve saklamaz. Fotoğraftaki yüz özellikleri yalnızca amigurumi görselinde benzer bir ifade, saç stili, ten tonu ve genel görünüm oluşturmak için kullanılır.
Orijinal kaynak fotoğraf cihaz üzerinde, kullanıcının kaydedilmiş tasarımında önce/sonra karşılaştırması göstermek için saklanabilir. Sunucu tarafında orijinal fotoğraf kalıcı olarak saklanmaz; Supabase Edge Function üzerinden yalnızca istek sırasında geçici olarak işlenir. Supabase üzerinde kalıcı olarak saklanan veriler üretilen amigurumi görselleri, tarif metinleri ve hesapla ilişkili kayıt verileridir.
Toplamadığımız Veriler
- Kesin konum, rehber, sağlık verisi veya reklam tanımlayıcıları toplamıyoruz.
- Biyometrik tanımlayıcı, yüz şablonu veya yüz tanıma verisi toplamıyoruz.
- Kişisel verileri satmıyoruz.
- Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı veya uygulamalar arası takip kullanmıyoruz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanırız:
- Supabase: kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, üretilen görseller, tarif dosyaları ve backend fonksiyonları. Orijinal kaynak fotoğraf kalıcı olarak Supabase üzerinde saklanmaz.
- OpenAI ve Google Gemini: AI görsel ve tarif üretimi.
- Apple: Apple ile giriş ve uygulama içi abonelik işlemleri.
Yüklenen fotoğraflar, promptlar ve üretilen çıktılar yalnızca talep edilen üretim özelliklerini sağlamak için AI sağlayıcılarına gönderilebilir. Bu verileri reklam veya takip amacıyla kullanmayız.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğun kişisel veri sağladığını öğrenirsek ilgili verileri sileriz.
Haklarınız
Hesabınızı uygulama içinde Profil → Hesap → Hesabı Sil yolundan başlatıp onaylayarak kalıcı şekilde silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem Supabase hesabınızı, hesabınıza bağlı sunucu verilerini, üretilen tasarım kayıtlarını, kullanım kayıtlarını, storage nesnelerini ve cihazdaki kayıtlı tasarımları temizler.
Kişisel verilerinize erişim, düzeltme veya dışa aktarma talep edebilirsiniz. Doğrulanmış taleplere yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun şekilde cevap veririz.
